Returns

It is very important to us that you love your clothes, they fit properly and are free from manufacturing defects! We offer full refunds or exchanges and free return shipping on items purchased within 30 days. Please email us within the 30 days to request a refund so we may send you an electronic return shipping label. To be eligible for refund, please return your purchase in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition. Please check the care label of your clothing as we cannot supply a refund if clothing has been damaged from improper laundering or ironing care. If you received your item damaged, please indicate that in writing either on your packing slip with the return or in a separate note in the return.

To receive refund or exchange simply package your item with the original packing slip and receipt or proof of purchase; affix the return shipping label we send you and ship to:

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
• The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
• The item number of the merchandise, if available

Once we receive your return shipment and inspect it, we will promptly process your refund and email you a confirmation that we have completed the return. If you are returning an item for exchange or credit, once we receive your shipment, we will email you a verification and steps to use your credit.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
